WEDDING FAQ'S

How far do you travel and are travel costs included?

We are happy to travel all over the UK and Europe for your wedding. our ULTIMATE wedding package includeS travel costs up to 50 miles from PE12. If your wedding is further than this, we are more than happy to provide a bespoke quote which would include additional travel costs.

Can we chat to you before booking you as our photographers?

yes of course and we encourage you to do so. WE REALLY LOVE TO CHAT WITH YOU BOTH AS IT GIVES US A GREAT INSIGHT INTO ALL THE EXCITING PLANS YOU HAVE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY. we offer all couples a zoom or telephone call to chat through your day and ask us as many questions as you WISH. we want you to be sure we are the right photographers for you before booking us for your special day.

Will we need to provide a meal for you both on our wedding day?

We never expect this but it is REALLY LOVELY TO BE SUPPLIED WITH A MEAL ON YOUR WEDDING DAY. Most of our weddings are long days and we like to ENSURE THAT WE ARE present throughout the WHOLE day SO A WARM MEAL WHILST YOU'RE ALSO EATING IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. We will need to stop for a short break WHICH ALWAYS HAPPENS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR WEDDING BREAKFAST TO ENSURE WE DO NOT MISS A THING! IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT FOR US TO KEEP our energy levels TOPPED UP SO that we CAN provide YOU WITH the best experience possible.

Do you shoot smaller, more intimate weddings and elopements?

yes of course. our main wedding package IS A full day however if you were looking for less hours of coverage for a more intimate ceremony, please do get in touch as we are happy to put together a bespoke package for you. we photographed our first ever elopement wedding in the lake district IN 2023 and we absolutely loved it.

When will we receive our images?

You will receive around 50 sneak peek photos within 72 HOURS OF YOUR WEDDING DAY. during peak season (april - october) your full gallery will be sent to you within 8 weeks of your wedding date. you will receive your photos via an online password protected gallery which is sent directly to your email. you WILL ALSO receive a beautifulLY personalised keepsake box with OUR ULTIMATE PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES a usb memory peg of your images AND 20 LUSTRE 5 X 7 PRINTS OF YOUR CHOICE.

How do we book you?

IT IS BEST TO GET YOUR DATE SECURED WITH US as soon as possible. YOU CAN HEAD OVER TO OUR 'CONTACT US' TAB AND COMPLETE OUR WEDDING ENQUIRY FORM TELLING US ALL ABOUT YOU AND YOUR AMAZING WEDDING PLANS! WE REQUIRE A £350 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR DATE. WE WILL SEND THIS ACROSS VIA EMAIL ALONG WITH A WEDDING CONTRACT FOR YOU TO READ THROUGH AND SIGN. ONCE THIS IS ALL COMPLETED... CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS!

Can you recommend any other suppliers for our wedding?

We certainly can. we have met so many fantastic wedding suppliers and would be more than happy to send ACROSS OUR RECOMMENDATIONS of people wHO We trust AND KNOW for your special day.

How much deposit is required to secure our wedding date?

OUR WEDDING PACKAGES REQUIRE A £350 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE WITH US. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY. if you wish to pay the balance off sooner or in instalments, this can be set up for you.

We feel uneasy in front of the camera. Will you pose us on the day?

DO NOT PANIC!! WE HAVE A VERY RELAXED APPROACH AND WE AIM TO MAKE YOU FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE IN FRONT OF OUR CAMERAS. WE FEEL THE BEST PHOTOS ARE ALWAYS THE CANDID MOMENTS CAPTURED WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN REALISE THE CAMERA IS ON YOU. WE will give you SOME GUIDANCE TO HELP YOU create some natural poses AND TAKE AWAY A FEW OF THOSE NERVES.
